I sold my townhome with Vida. She is amazing! It was a difficult, emotional time for me, preparing to sell this home, and Vida was so patient and understanding while remaining professional and helping me to stay on task. Vida makes sure that all details are addressed and was willing to make trips to my townhome to be present when charity truck drivers arrived to pick up donated items. Vida has wonderful resources with cleaning, handyman work, appliance repair, etc. who were reasonable in their charges/expense. I work on the commercial side of real estate so I have lots of experience with both good and bad agents. A couple of the people were good, one group was obviously looking for quick sale and very low on their pricing estimate and then there was Vida. Vida and I spent quite a bit of time going over the comps in the area to determine the right asking price and value for what is a very unique custom built home. She advised me extensively on the local market as I live in Chicago and needed it. We worked together to make sure all details of the house and the marketing were presented in their best light. Since my siblings and I didn't live in Tucson Vida helped us every step of the way to get various repairs taken care of before the house went on the market and to get us quotes on the few items which came up during the inspection. Bottom line is Vida's knowledge of the local market is excellent, her work ethic is second to none and she's going to look at your sale or purchase as something personal and not just another transaction to be moved through the pipeline.
